Circadence Ranked Number 95th Fastest Growing Company in North America on Deloitte's 2009 Technology Fast 500™

Attributes its 1,848 Percent Revenue Growth to a Strong Team and Expanded Product Lines

BOULDER, CO., October 22, 2009 - Circadence Corporation, the global leader in the development of innovative enterprise performance technologies, announced today that it ranked #95 on Technology Fast 500™, Deloitte LLP's ranking of 500 of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the five year period from 2004–2008. Circadence grew 1,848% during this period.

Circadence's CEO, Michael Moniz, credits Circadence's strong management and employees, as well as a growing awareness among the Company's customers as to the benefits of Circadence's product offering, with the company's revenue growth over the past five years.
