Peter-Christian Olivo
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Peter-Christian Olivo has served as Circadence’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and Secretary since 2000. In this role, Mr. Olivo is responsible for all transactional, intellectual property and regulatory matters for Circadence. Mr. Olivo also oversees all human resource functions for Circadence, including hiring, performance management, employee development and compensation and benefit programs that help attract and retain the talent necessary to fuel Circadence’s growth.
Prior to joining Circadence, Mr. Olivo served as an associate at the international law firm of Hogan & Hartson, L.L.P., where he was a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Mr. Olivo was a senior associate for the international law firm of Holme, Roberts & Owen LLP. While in private practice, Mr. Olivo played an integral role in many high-profile international public offerings, and represented numerous public and private technology companies in venture capital and corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and strategic transactions.
Mr. Olivo has volunteered his time for a number of non-profit organizations, including serving as a member of the board of directors of The Conscious Alliance, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides emergency food relief and other services to the poorest communities throughout the U.S., and previously served as a volunteer for Boulder County Cares, a community outreach program that provides services to Boulder’s homeless population.
Mr. Olivo holds a B.A in Economics from Macalester College and earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, where he was an Editor for the Minnesota Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
